Hallye Bone
Hallye Bone has been quilting since 1967. She began teaching quilting at the award winning shop Patches, Etc., in St. Charles in 1981. A St. Louis native, she spent 12 years in Houston and taught in six quilt shops, lectured, and appraised quilts there. She currently writes for many quilting magazines, including Quilter’s World, and the e-magazine: the quiltingcommunity.com. She lectures, teaches quilting and embroidery, appraises quilts, repairs and lectures as well as her “Care, Repair and Restoration” lectures. She was certified as an AQS appraiser in 2002. She still teaches at Patches, Etc., in St. Charles, MO, and also teaches quilting in Edwardsville, IL. Hallye tries to quilt every day and enjoys the many wonderful quilters she has met in her 38-year career as a professional quiltmaker.

Learn the tricks of time management so you can make more quilts! In this class you will learn how to prioritize, how to multi-task and how to be more efficient. Hallye has lectured and written about her time management tricks. This class is essential for success in your entire quilt making endeavors. In class, you will work through Hallye’s worksheet to get more out of every day. And, you will have interaction in group discussion about time management issues.
