Round Bobbin Quilting and Sewing Expo Event Address: Setup Hours: Thursday, September 19, 1 pm – 8 pm Exhibit hours: Friday, September 20, 10 am to 5 pm. Tear Down: Saturday, September 21, 4 pm – 8 pm Booth information/furnishings. Your booth consists of an 8 foot back drop and 3 foot sides. If you need an 8 foot side it must be ordered from the decorator. Tables and chairs must also be ordered through the decorator or you may bring your own. The hall is NOT carpeted. We will need your badge information by September 1. Badges will be held at the registration counter for all vendors.
