Instructor Kat Robinson, Active Kat Yoga
Sewing Yoga is a series of yoga postures combined with deep breathing designed to alleviate the aches and pains associated with sewing. The postures are gentle enough that even the most novice can do them. Come and learn yoga's deep breathing and gentle stretches that help relieve the tense shoulders, a stiff neck, and an aching lower back, and help circulation in the legs. Many postures can be done while sitting at your sewing chair. Bring your yoga mat with you. If you don't have one Kat will have them available to purchase for $15.
